Enterprise Platform | Technical | AI Product Manager, based in Cleveland, OH (open to relocation).
Currently seeking: Senior / Staff Product Manager - Platform, Technical, or AI
Most product problems look like feature problems until you look closer. Then they become workflow, data, integration, user behavior, and trust problems - which is where I do my best work. I started as a software engineer at Cisco, learning to understand complex systems from the inside out, and moved into product management to shape the decisions behind what gets built and why.
Since then, I've led an enterprise platform consolidation and developed an AI decision-support product, turning fragmented, high-stakes processes into products that users can understand, trust, and adopt. I approach ambiguous problems from first principles, connect technical details to customer and business outcomes, and take products from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurable impact.
Product: Strategy, roadmapping, PRDs, KPI/OKR frameworks, telemetry design, product analytics, experimentation, vendor evaluation, release management, cross-functional leadership, Agile project management, risk & decision analysis.
AI & Platform: AI workflow design, conversational assistants, evaluation criteria, human-in-the-loop review, guardrails, API design, event-driven integrations, RBAC, multi-tenant SaaS.
Technical: SQL, Python, Java, REST APIs, Azure, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Splunk, Git, Jira, Figma.
Started in technical execution at enterprise scale - led engineers building a QUIC-based IoT security protocol, resolved 100+ Webex security vulnerabilities, and redesigned the Calling User Portal architecture. This is where my technical fluency was built.
Moved into product management. Led a 4-person team building an AI decision-support product for surgeons and OR staff in a safety-critical environment, secured $10K in MVP funding, and analyzed 250+ surgeries to lift OR efficiency by 25%.
Ran 150+ customer interviews to shape a 5-10 year AR/CV roadmap for Cedar Electronics, and built a 0-to-1 product & pricing strategy for Personix grounded in 50+ PM interviews and a 15-competitor teardown.
Own strategy, roadmap, and rollout for a mission-critical enterprise SaaS platform running a $7.8M ARR business - consolidating six legacy tools, shipping 10+ integrations, and instrumenting a four-layer KPI/telemetry framework.
I spend a lot of time thinking in systems - mapping how things actually work versus how they're assumed to work. I write to sharpen my own thinking, enjoy pulling apart how products are priced and positioned, and I'm the person who will quietly reorganize a messy spreadsheet just because it bothers me.
